He began his career with Holloman in the Field Operations Division during college breaks and went on to earn a Bachelor of Construction Science, building hands-on experience across the business from the ground up. That broad, practical foundation—combined with consistent contributions in a range of field roles—propelled Collin into leadership, where he is known for his operational depth and steady execution. Today, he oversees pipeline and facility construction, civil operations, engineering services, procurement, project management, and tank services, guiding teams across the United States.     Keith Broussard is Holloman’s Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 17 years of accounting leadership grounded in early experience as a public accounting auditor. He holds both a BBA in Accounting and an MS in Accounting, and is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant. Since joining Holloman in 2012, Keith has led with disciplined financial stewardship and a solutions-oriented approach, strengthening controls, optimizing reporting, and supporting strategic growth. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). As CFO, Keith oversees financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, partnering closely with operations to ensure sound decision- making and long-term value creation.

    Eric Prim, P.E., has been with Holloman since 1997, advancing through roles in engineering, construction management, and executive leadership. Before joining Holloman, he managed a 400 MTA ethylene facility in Odessa, Texas, bringing deep operational insight to complex processing environments. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, pairing technical rigor with strategic business acumen. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Holloman Corporation and President of Pilot Energy Solutions. A recognized innovator, Eric has earned 26 U.S. and international patents related to natural gas and CO2 processing, and he is known for driving practical, scalable solutions that enhance performance, safety, and value across projects.

Director, Pipeline Operations

    Shannon Driver has spent more than 27 years with Holloman, bringing deep field-tested expertise in pipeline construction across crude oil, natural gas, NGL, refined products, water, and wastewater systems. He has led and worked alongside construction crews in marshlands, mountainous terrain, densely timbered and uninhabited regions, as well as high-impact urban environments, adapting plans and execution to the demands of each setting. Shannon is experienced with a wide range of materials, including PVC/poly, steel, ductile iron, concrete, and concrete–steel coated (CSC) pipe, and is known for practical problem-solving and disciplined project delivery.     oversees day-to-day operations and all phases of multimillion-dollar pipeline projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule performance from preconstruction through commissioning.

Jeff Munn

    Jeff Munn brings 40 years of experience in heavy industrial plant construction, with the first half of his career focused on large-capital EPC projects in the downstream sector, including refining and petrochemical, where he served as a superintendent and project manager. He joined Holloman in 2001 as Plant Construction Manager and has since advanced to Director of Facility Operations, where he oversees all facility and plant construction. Known for his hands-on leadership and disciplined execution, Jeff guides teams through planning, construction, and commissioning to deliver safe, high-quality results on complex projects.

Christopher “Brad” McDavid

Director, Safety Operations

    Brad McDavid brings +15 years of oil and gas safety experience across pipeline and facility

    construction, drilling, fracking, workovers, and maintenance, with additional exposure to

    renewables and both client and contractor side expectations. He joined Holloman in November 2025 and helps lead safety across all divisions, bringing a field-first approach built on training, hazard recognition, and strong Stop Work Authority. Known for practical, boots-on-the-ground leadership, Brad works closely with production crews and the safety team to strengthen proactive programs like “Good Catch” observations and ensure every project is executed safely and accurately.

Director, Engineering Services & QA/QC

    Edmund Duban is a licensed, multi-disciplinary Professional Engineer who

    began his career in process and chemical engineering before joining Holloman in 2014. He leads Holloman’s engineered slug catcher product line and directs the corporate QA/QC program across construction projects, ensuring designs are executed to specification with consistent quality and compliance. Edmund’s background spans engineering and design, procurement, welding/QAQC, and

    construction, giving him end-to-end insight from concept through field delivery. Marlon L. Curtis

Division Manager (Pennsylvania)

    Marlon L. Curtis brings more than four decades of oil and gas operations and construction leadership to his role as Division Manager in Pennsylvania. He began at Texas Gas Transmission, advancing from field labor to Automation and Control Specialist and ultimately District Manager over multiple facilities, and continued in district leadership after the Boardwalk Pipeline acquisition, later serving as Construction Manager during a major pipeline and facilities expansion. Marlon joined Holloman in 2009 as Division Manager in Shreveport, then broadened his responsibilities as Operations Director at Setec Midstream, leading gathering pipeline and facility builds across West Texas and New Mexico. He returned to Holloman in 2019 to manage operations across the Northeast—Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia—and now supports bids and projects in Louisiana and Mississippi, applying deep field expertise, disciplined execution, and a strong safety focus.

Angela Boyd, P.E.

Project Controls Manager

    Angela Boyd brings nine years of oil and gas experience spanning project controls, scheduling, engineering, and project management, with a specialty in harp-style slug catchers and API 650 tank repairs. As Project Controls Manager at Holloman, she oversees scheduling and controls for major projects, developing P6 schedules, progress trackers, production forecasts, and tailored reporting to deliver clear, accurate status updates to internal teams and clients, while advancing Holloman’s project controls systems. Since 2017 with Holloman Engineering, Angela has managed slug catcher construction activities nationwide and led engineering efforts including design calculations, BOMs, fabrication packages, estimating, and R&D support. A licensed Professional Engineer (TX #146969), she holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering with a Business minor from Texas A&M University. Known for disciplined execution and cross-functional leadership, Angela’s portfolio includes compressor stations, sequestration hubs, and EPC slug catcher projects, where she aligns cost, schedule, and quality to drive reliable results.
