Utility Construction

We have constructed water and wastewater plants and pipelines for over 20 years that range in size from one to twenty MGD including basic treatment facilities, pump and booster stations, lift stations, surface water intakes, well field collection and storage.

Our services encompass detailed design and engineering, feasibility studies, construction, testing, commissioning and permitting. Our status as a DOT approved Qualified Operator combined with our extensive experience working in densely populated areas provides Holloman with unique expertise related to completing urban construction projects.

Our pipeline construction experience includes piping systems that range in size from 6" to 108" in diameter and from one to fifty miles in length. We have worked successfully with several materials during construction including PVC, ductile iron, concrete steel cylinders, steel and fiberglass.
