Pipeline Construction

Holloman has extensive oil, natural gas, refined products, water and wastewater pipeline construction experience building over 2800 miles of pipeline. These projects have been successfully completed in difficult and demanding environmental settings such as marshlands, mountains and high impact urban environments. Our core expertise as a DOT approved Qualified Operator is supplemented by our knowledge of local laws and regulations. We have worked with various materials including PVC, ductile iron, concrete, steel and fiberglass up to 36 inches in diameter.

Services include feasibility studies, front-end and detailed design and engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning. Also, Holloman focuses on health, safety and environmental concerns during planning and execution of any project.
