For the first time, Holloman Corporation sponsored a cook-off booth at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo “World’s Championship Bar-B- Que Cook-off Contest”. Andrew Heckman was the lead chef of the “Roadkill” cook-team which was generally comprised of Holloman employees. The cook-team participated in multiple cook-off entries and they were awarded top honors.
History was made with this Holloman team win. As newcomers, the Holloman team engaged in multiple entries and produced multiple wins.
